Ready to Leave is just a wonderfully good fun website. A lot of the fun of travelling is in planning your trip, and selecting new equipment to take. The Ready to leave website looks great, and they manage to achieve a sense of innovative travel gadgets mixed with the fun of adventure.
The range includes camping equipment, tents, hammocks, sleeping bags, travel accessories, backpacking gear, baby carriers and travel luggage amongst others, and there are plenty of unusual items to whet the appetite. A personal favourite is the range of Coleman inflatable kayaks.
The inflatable kayaks are a great idea to get you out on the water be it a river, lake or open water on your travels. Lightweight and compact when stowed, they are easily transported but are made from durable PVC and come in one or two man versions and a fastback for longer expeditions.
For camping, Ready to Leave have a huge rane of tents accommodating up to twelve people, as well as sleeping bags for all seasons. Camping accessories include mats, cushions, lamps, chairs and stoves to make your home from home more comfortable.
There is a surprisingly large range of travel luggage, and not just for camping. Suitcases and a variety of smart and sophisticated medium sized baggage is on offer as well as kids luggage, and of course an enormous range of rucksacks. I particularly liked the anti-theft rucksack, ideal for leaving on the beach while you go for a quick swim!
A good range of survival tools, binoculars, swiss army knives and navigation equipment is available for serious trekkers, and for those wanting a more comfortable holiday the usual travel adaptors, alarm clocks, laptop and mobile accessories and baby monitors will be more appropriate.
Overall Ready to Leave is a great looking website with loads of fun travel gear as well as serious travel equipment for the more adventurous. Whether you just want to browse and get some ideas while dreaming about your next travel adventure, or kit yourself out for a holiday Ready to Leave is the website you need.
